Have I told you all how much I love Albertsons? The problem is not all Albertsons are equal….some make shopping in their store a little harder than it should be. I got them email form one of the Managers at Albertsons, he was reading the comments on my blog and wanted to help some of you ladys out. Here is what he said,
I was reading some of the replies on your blog and there are some serious issues with stores and what they do with some of the coupons. First of all, we can double items that “create an overage”, but only up to the amount of free. This means that on the lady in washington that had $1.00 off $1.75 dressing and she wanted to use a double we will double that upto .75 making it free. And the lady that wanted to use the $1.00 coupon on the sobe and was told that she only paid .80 each, this is wrong. She did pay $1.00 for each one and got the 5th free. She should have received $1.00 discount for her coupon.
