HOLY COW is all I have to say…. Look what showed up at my house!
I was Shopping at Albertsons when I ran into on of my readers Heidi who has become one of my friends. We bump into each other often at Albertsons. This week she asked me if she could bring me some of her vegetables from her garden. I was humbled that she would even ask. She told me she does a multi family garden with her church and they have lots to share.
I was thinking a handful of vegetables…..instead I got a BAG of each (red potatoes, gold potatoes, lettuce), 2 bags of peas and a mixed bag of beats and carrots. All fresh, and delicious!
