My Thrifty Walgreens deals

Before sale price or coupons this  would have cost $10.50

I was able to get it all for $.36

IMG_5934Mentos Gum 15ct on $1.69

  • use the instore ad coupon to get them for $.99 each
  • use the $1.00 off Mentos gum coupon from the 10/3 smart source
  • Final price FREE…just pay tax

There are a few ways to “pay”  for these.  Because the $1.00 coupon is more than the .99 price it will beep.

You can buy a pack of gum,  $1.69 hand over the Manufacutrer coupon FIRST, this will take your total to $.69, then have them scan the instore coupon found in the ad.  This will take off the rest making the item FREE just pay tax.

OR you can buy the gum $1.69, scan the instore ad coupon (takes off .70 making them $.99), but then when you hand over your $1.00 coupon it will beep because is exceeds the value of the item.  So they will need to adjust the price of the coupon.  Which states they can do in their corporate coupon policy ** The coupon amount must be reduced if it exceeds the value of the item after other discounts or coupons are applied. (For example, a $5.00 coupon for a $4.99 item will result in a $4.99 coupon value).

If you find they are out for stock at your store, as for a rain check.
