Painted Fireworks ~ Quick and Easy 4th of July Craft Ideas

They thought these ones looked more like the fountain fireworks you let off at home.

All you need is:

A fork, plastic or metal, both work

A paper plate for the paint

Craft Paint

Paper

Fireworks Art made with a Fork and craft paint, quick and easy craft ideas for kids, 4th of July art projects #JULY4th, #fireworks, #KidCraftsStart by dropping the paint in “drops” onto the paper.  You can use as many colors as you want.  Keep in mind you need to work kind of fast, if the paint dries you won’t be able to spread it with a fork to give it the firework burst look.

Fireworks Art made with a Fork and craft paint, quick and easy craft ideas for kids, 4th of July art projects #JULY4th, #fireworks, #KidCraftsFold the paper in half and press it together to spread the paint.  Open it back up and then take a fork and use short strokes to make the paint dots look like they are exploding.  As you drag the fork it will transfer some of the color from dot to dot, giving it a very fun 3D burst look.
