Todays Thankful Thoughts…
- I am thankful for everyday I have with my 5 year old miracle Angel! I was told that she would not make it, her due date was March 8th 2005 and right after Thanksgiving they were preparing for me to have her! During the testing they found she had a hole in her skull and she was going to have lots of issues if she did make it. Well the fighter held in until March 8th like they said. Although she see’s more doctors than the average elderly person and they are always finding something else wrong with her I stillcherish every second of everyday I have with her. I do wish that things were different with her dad and he helped me out a little but but as I am always told God only gives you what he knows you can handle!! I am proving to everyone including myself that I am the strongest person in the universe!! I don’t need help although any I get is appreciated I can take care of my miracle child all by myself! Mommy may not have all the money to buy her the things she wants once I get her the things she needs but one day she will understand all of this and she will thank me for being me! So that is what I am most thankful for
- I’m thankful for: 1. my contractor husband who can remodel our new fixer house in 3 weeks so we don’t have to pay another month of rent. 2. He’s put up with me for 11 years as of next week. 3. Our surprise baby coming in May. 4. My wonderful 5 year old son who wants to name the baby Charlie after the dog.
- Last November my 82 year old mother had colon cancer and thanks to the grace and mercy of God, she is ok today. I will forever be thankful for every minute that I have with her and give God all of the glory.
- I am thankful for clothes on my back, a car to drive, a place to call home and family that loves me just how I am!!
- I am thankful that God led me to this blog.I found this blog a little over a month ago,and started couponing.About two weeks ago my insurance company decided to exclude my most expensive prescription($400.00 monthly) from our policy,so without this blog teaching me to coupon,my family would not be able to eat right now.I am so thankful for Thrifty Mom!I am thankful for a wonderful husband that works two jobs to take care of me and our girls!I am thankful for two precious little girls!I am thankful for God’s love,and for my salvation!My thrifty tip:get a rubber band and wear it for one week.Every time you catch yourself complaining,snap it against your wrist.By the end of the week you will be more thankful for all that you have,instead of complaining about things that you don’t have.Pass it along to someone else.
- I am thankful for all of the wonderful people in my life. For having the faith and hope that life is good so enjoy it! For my wonderful 8 year old that is sooo lovable and has the biggest heart. For my very ornery yet determined 5 year old that reminds me everyday to keep on my toes and that no two children are alike! I love you both so very much for who you are and for the men you will become.
