You will need:
- 1 can of refried beans
- 1 16 oz tub of sour cream
- 1 packet taco seasoning ( or southwest dip)
- 2 cups grated cheese
- 1 tomato diced
- 1/2 cup olives diced
- 4 green onions diced
- 1/4 cup cilantro chopped
- Bag of tortilla chips to eat the dip with
I made this for our family reunion this weekend, we always enjoy it.
In a 9×13 pan spread a can of refried bean on the bottom in an even layer
Add a taco seasoning packet to a tub of sour cream, mix well.
Spread sour cream mixture over the top of the beans in even layer
Top with 2 cups of grated cheese
Chop up, tomatoes, olives, green onions and cilantro, sprinkle on top of cheese layer.
Eat with Tortilla chips!
