Nextbook 10.1 Review ~ The Perfect Tablet for the Whole Family

Nextbook 2

I was super excited when I was asked if I wanted to review the new Nextbook 10.1 tablet! I use my iPhone for most of my daily emailing, FaceBooking, playing games, reading kindle books and such. But sometimes I wish the screen was bigger and I feel a little limited with just the phone. So I was ready to try out a tablet and boy does this tablet deliver!

Nextbook 3

Not only is it a fun touchscreen tablet, but it also comes with a detachable keyboard. How cool is that?! The Nextbook features Windows 8 operating system which was easy to use and set up. PLUS, I got a FREE one year subscription to Office 365 which is Word, Excel, PowerPoint and,

AND, I get 1TB online cloud storage with OneDrive, which is AWESOME! I don’t think I’ll ever be able to fill that much space, even with all my music and pictures. The Nextbook comes with 32 GB onboard storage memory which you can easily bump up to 64 GB with a Micro SD card. And it has a 1 GB DDR3L system memory.

I have used this on the go to take notes, work on documents, surf the web, watch Netflix, and more.

The other day the kids asked me to print off coloring pages. I didn’t want to pull out the laptop and wait for it to start up, so I grabbed the Nextbook and it was so fast and easy with my wireless printer.Nextbook 1

The screen is really crisp and clear. But I have to admit, I was a little hesitant of the Windows Tablet interface because I am so used to using apps and stuff on my iPhone, but I was pleasantly surprised at how easy this tablet is to use. It’s fast because of it’s Quad-Core Intel® AtomTM Z3735G Processor and its Gen7 GPU Processor. So apps load quick and easy.

The tablet is really very light, under 3 lbs with the keyboard attached and is a great size so I can easily slip it in my purse.

I’m really excited to try out the bluetooth 4.0 and hook it up to our sound bar…

So with all that this tablet has got going on you would think it would be $300- $400. BUT, it’s NOT!! The Nextbook 10 will be available in Target stores nationwide and on Target.com for $219.99. So, for UNDER $250 the whole family can stay connected, entertained, and productive with everything they want at their fingertips.
