My daughter was challenged to upcycle or reuse something that would have otherwise gone into the trash. I was making dinner and told her to make something out of the empty Ragu jar I had just used for dinner. She had lots of ideas, but we decided to see if we could make a tie dye vase. I have used nail polish and water to Tie Dye Easter Eggs so we wanted to see if it would work on a glass jar too.
It worked great and we ended up making several of them. Great craft project for kids, or teens. They would look great as table centerpieces too. If you have a child would wants to make a vase for Mothers Day this is a great budget friendly idea.
