Chilled Veggie Pizza

This is a great recipe that I like to make when we are asked to bring a finger food to an event.  I was able to make this for less than $2.00, and it feeds a large group.

Here is the Break down

Chilled Veggie Pizza

img_0457The original recipe called for Crescent rolls.  But I used the grands flaky dinner roll biscuits we got for free at Albertsons a few months ago.  We froze them.  I just spread each biscuit out flat on a greased cookie sheet.  Bake till golden on the edges. Set aside to cool.

  • 1 brick of cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • package of dry Ranch dip or Italian seasoning

Mix together, and spread on cooled biscuits.
