Cookies and cream fudge

Fudge seems to be a favorite around here when it is holiday time. There are so many delicious recipes and they are so easy to make. Adding them to goody plates is a sure way to become everyone’s favorite. This Cookies and cream fudge will knock your socks off! It is so delicious and creamy.

Cookies and cream fudge

Fudge is a dessert that seems to only get attention during the Christmas season. But why? It is so easy and delicious there is no reason you can’t make it whenever you get the craving. With some easy ingredients and a few minutes of effort you will have a yummy treat the whole family will love.

Ingredients:

12 Tbsp. Butter
2 Cups Sugar
5 oz. Evaporated Milk
12 oz. White Chocolate Chips
7 oz. Marshmallow Crème
2 teas. Vanilla
2 ½ Cups Crushed Chocolate Sandwich Cookies

Instructions:

Line 8×8 baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.

In a small sauce pan melt the butter over medium heat. When melted stir in the sugar and milk.

Increase the heat to medium high and continue stirring constantly.

Once you get the first tiny bubbles, set a timer for 4 minutes and continue stirring. Continue stirring as it boils.

When the timer goes off remove from the heat and stir in the white chocolate chips until smooth.

Add the marshmallow crème and vanilla and stir until combined.

Stir in 2 cups of crushed cookies

Pour mixture into the prepared 8×8 pan and spread evenly. Sprinkle with remaining cookie crumbs and gently press in.

Put in fridge for at least 1.5 hours.

Remove from pan and cut into squares. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
