This makes enough for two people.
1 – Butterball’s fully cooked smoked turkey dinner sausage (the links)
1- red onion
1- bell pepper
Heat 2 tbsp of olive oil in skillet. Slice the above ingredients and add to skillet. Cook until onions and peppers are sauteed to the texture of your liking.
Serve with a veggie and roll, put it in a pita pocket, or serve on brown rice or whole wheat pasta.
We eat this at least once a week since it is so easy, quick, and cheap.
