Dinosaur garden markers
Don’t have the same old, boring garden planters you’ve always used. These Dinosaur garden markers help you keep track of what you planted and where you planted it.

To make these unique markers you will need:
- Toy Dinosaurs (I found mine at Dollar Tree)
- Permanent Adhesive Vinyl (I really love Expressions Vinyl)
- Clear Transfer Tape
- Electronic Cutting Machine ( I LOVE my Silhouette and this package is such a good deal!)
- Silhouette Weeding Tools
- Rubbing Alcohol
- Dish Cloth
- Start by cleaning your dinosaurs with the rubbing alcohol where you are going to put the vinyl. This will really help the vinyl adhere better.
- Design your text in your program for your electronic cutter. Size it to fit the size of the dino.
- Cut your text on your vinyl. Weed it and apply the transfer tape applying pressure before you peel it off the backing.
- Apply the vinyl to the area where you cleaned with the rubbing alcohol in step 1. It can be difficult to get the vinyl to stick since it is textured. Be sure to rub and apply pressure as you go.
- Slowly pull away the transfer tape and use your finger to smooth down the vinyl in any areas needed.
- Let your vinyl set for 72 hours before you place them outside.
- Place the dinosaurs in the garden to mark where your plants are planted.
