Parmesan Crusted Chicken Recipe ~ Easy Dinner Ideas

If you want a simple but AMAZING chicken recipe then you need to try this Parmesan Crusted Chicken Recipe. It is so moist you can cut it with a fork, I was so happy with how this recipe turned out. I made it 3 times last month, and every time the kids ate every bite! I found this recipe on the Target website, I didn’t know they even had recipes but I am sure glad I found this one!

Ingredients
1/2 cup Hellmann’s or Best Foods Real Mayonnaise
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 1-1/4 pounds)
4 teaspoons Italian seasoned dry bread crumbs
Directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
Combine Hellmann’s or Best Foods Real Mayonnaise with cheese in medium bowl. Arrange chicken on baking sheet. Evenly top with mayonnaise mixture, then sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Bake 20 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
Tip: Also terrific with Hellmann’s or Best Foods Light Mayonnaise or Hellmann’s or Best Foods Canola Cholesterol Free Mayonnaise.

Ingredients

1/2 cup Mayo
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 boneless Chicken breast
4 teaspoons Italian Seasoned Dry bread Crumbs

Instructions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
Combine Mayo with the Cheese in a bowl
Lay out Chicken Breast on a baking sheet
Evenly spread the Mayo and Cheese mixture over the chicken
Then sprinkle the chicken with the bread crumbs.
Place in oven uncovered and cook for 23 mins or until chicken internal temp is 165 degree F

Frozen S’Mores Dessert, the perfect cool summer treat!

S’Mores and Summer go hand in hand, pretty sure I have never had a summer go by that did not have a S’More in it. But hot summer days do not always allow you to start a fire and roast a marshmallow. So that is why our family came up with the FROZEN S’MORE… pretty much the best frozen treat you will ever taste. Better yet, they are super easy to make, they take less than a minute each to make. Plus you can make them before you want to serve them and keep them in the freezer. In fact I recommend this method, that way the ice cream can be nice and firm when you eat it.

What you need to make Frozen S’Mores:

Jar of Marshmallow Cream

6 Pack of Klondike Ice Cream Bars

Package of Graham Crackers

Popsicle stick, plastic bar and rolling pin if you want to turn it into a S’more Pop

I made two kinds of Frozen S’Mores. One was a sandwich version the other was on a stick. For the sandwich version, you will need to break a graham cracker into two halves. Use a butter knife to spread the marshmallow cream on both crackers. You can make it as thin or thick as you want. I prefer to have it about 1/3 inch thick. Place a cracker on the top and bottom of the Klondike bar, press it down to make a good seal. You can eat it at this point, or put it back in the freezer till you are ready to eat.

To make the S’Mores Pop, you will need to place your graham crackers in a plastic bag and crush them. I find the easiest way to do this is with a rolling pin or soup can. Open up your Klondike bar and spread the top with a layer of marshmallow cream. Lift the Klondike bar up by the side, and press the front that is covered in marshmallow cream, into the crushed graham crackers. Push a wooden popsicle stick into the bottom, it is ready to eat or place back in the freezer till you are ready to serve.

BREYERS APPLE PIE A LA MODE WONTONS recipe, a twist on the traditional apple pie recipe that is amazing
I found this awesome recipe for Breyers Apple Pie A La Mode and I wanted to make it a little more “finger food friendly”. I served it at a party and instead of spoons to eat our amazing Breyers ice cream we used these Apple Pie Won-tons. They turned out awesome, finger licking good, the slight crunch of the won-ton and the hot creamy apple pie filling topped with Breyers was the perfect comfort food combo.

Apple Pie Ala Mode Won-ton Recipe –

To make these I use the apple pie filling recipe below, BUT instead of baking it in a pie shell I just baked it in a glass dish. I then spooned the filling into won-ton wrappers and gave them a quick fry in coconut oil they only take about 10 seconds to cook. I used the small won-tons but you could use the larger ones and even make apple pie egg rolls.

BREYERS APPLE PIE A LA MODE ~ Here is the original recipe.

Ingredients
2 refrigerated pie crusts
1/2 cup PLUS 1 Tbsp. sugar, divided
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
3 1/2 lbs. golden delicious apples [or Granny Smith apples], peeled, cored
and thinly sliced
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 egg, lightly beaten with 2 tsp. water
4 cups Breyers® Natural Vanilla Ice Cream
1 pouch Breyers™ Caramel Flavored Ice Cream Sauce

Directions
1. Line 9-inch pie plate with one pie crust. Leave edges overhanging;
chill until ready to use.
2. Combine 1/2 cup sugar, flour, cinnamon and salt in large bowl. Add
apples and lemon juice and toss to coat. Arrange apples in prepared pie
crust, mounding in center. Place second crust over apples and press gently
to adhere to lower crust. Fold overhanging crust over; flute edge and cut
a small hole in center to vent. Chill 15 minutes. Preheat oven to 425
degrees.
3. Brush pie with egg wash. Sprinkle with remaining 1 tablespoon sugar.
Place on baking sheet in the lower third of the oven. Bake 15 minutes.
Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees. Bake additional 1 hour to 1 hour
15 minutes, until apples are tender, filling is bubbling and crust is
golden. Cool on wire rack before serving.
4. Top with Breyers® Natural Vanilla Ice Cream. Drizzle Breyers™ Caramel
