Crockpot Baked Potatoes
I love making baked potatoes in my crockpot. Its easy to do and I don’t have to worry about having my oven on for an hour right before dinner. Last night my kids had a thing and we weren’t home until 5:45 pm and it was great to pull the potatoes out of the crockpot hot and ready to go for dinner.
Easy 3 step process:
- Wash your potatoes and dry them.
- Rub the potatoes with olive oil and salt. I just line my up like in the picture above and drizzle olive oil over them all and then rub them to distribute the oil and then add the salt.
- Wrap the potatoes in tinfoil and put them in the crockpot. Cook on high covered for 5ish hours. You can cook them on low for 8ish hours – perfect for putting them in before work and they’re ready when you get home.
All done! It’s really that easy. Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy a super easy dinner.
