You will need:

  • 1 large head of Broccoli chopped (about 6 cups chopped)
  • 1 large bunch of Red Seedless Grapes  cut in half (about 2 cups)
  • 1/2 cup Sunflower seeds
  •  1/4  diced red onions

Dressing

  • 2/3 cup Mayo
  • 2 Tablespoons  Rice Wine Vinegar
  •  1/3 cup milk
  • 2 Tablespoons Sugar
  • Pinch of Salt and Pepper

Wash and cut broccoli and grapes into bite sized pieces, add diced onions and sunflower seeds to a bowl.

In a separate bowl, whip dressing ingredients with whisk till smooth.

Pour over the top of salad, mix well.  You can eat right away, or cover and refrigerate till ready to eat.
