It is time to get into the spirit of Halloween, and this means adding spooky spiders and boo-tiful bats to your décor! It is so easy to make your own Halloween décor crafts, and these flower pot Halloween creatures are the perfect place to start. Take a look!

Here is what you will need:

Directions:
First, let’s take a look at how to craft the vampire bat.
1. Begin by applying two coats of black craft paint to the pot. Allow the paint to dry well in between coats.
2. Once the paint is dry, use your craft glue to secure the googly eyes to the front of the pot. You want to be sure the flower pot is facing down, so the wider portion is facing the bottom.
3. Next, cut out some facial details and the wings. We snipped out two mini triangles to use as fangs. We then cut out some simple ruffled wings. Secure the fangs and the wings directly to the pot using your craft glue. Your vampire bat is now ready to be displayed! 4. Take your pipe cleaners and cut them into 8 lengths. The length of the pipe cleaners can vary. These will be the legs of your spider. Add some craft glue to the end of the pipe cleaner and press it to the back of the pot. Continue this process until all 8 legs are glued on. Once they are glued on, you can bend the tips so the legs look more shaped. Your spooky spider is now ready to be displayed!
