Creative Drawing Idea ~ Summer Boredom Buster Idea

I love having my kids home for the summer.  I really do.  We are getting to a point now though where they are bored and it is taking more to entertain them.  They are wanting more and more to sit in front of the television and I am wanting more and more to pull my hair out before the day is over!

It is time to get creative!  Out comes the old magazines, pens, crayons or whatever you can find to draw with and some paper for an easy craft/art project that will get them using their imaginations and be creative!

Grab an old magazine or newspaper and cut out photos that would be easy to draw around and glue them to a plain sheet of paper.  That is all the prep you need!  The rest is up to the kids to use their imagination and draw to their hearts content!  I say it was a successful project! Even my son who turns his nose up at anything that resembles homework had a ball!
